A Brief History
Camp Wyandot, Inc. was founded as a Camp Fire Council in 1913. In 1928, the council became an Ohio nonprofit corporation and purchased Camp Wyandot in the Hocking Hills. As of April 30, 2013, Camp Wyandot, Inc. became an independent organization and is no longer affiliated with Camp Fire. Today, Camp Wyandot serves boys and girls with summer day and overnight camps and our Wyandot Explorers Club program.

Now Hiring for Summer 2017

We are now hiring staff for Camp Wyandot summer camp located in the Hocking Hills. All staff will be required to attend the mandatory Staff Training from Wednesday, June 7 РFriday, June 16, 2017. (Leadership Team will be required to attend beginning on Monday, June 5 through the end of staff training on June 16th).  Staff are also expected to stay at camp for the duration of the summer camp season, June 18 РJuly 29, 2016. All staff will be given time off from Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon between all camp sessions (unless assigned to the Voyager unit). During this time staff are free to leave camp and go home.
