The Annual Meeting will take place virtually on Thursday, January 28, 2021. While anyone may attend. you must be a current member before you can vote. Now is the time to pay dues to be eligible to vote at this meeting. Membership is open to all individuals eighteen years of age and over. At the annual meeting members may vote on the election of Directors and on the members at large of the Nominating Committee. The board must call a special meeting and receive approval of two-thirds vote of the Members present for actions such as those related to land ownership and decisions to affiliate or dissolve. Your membership is important.
The Office will be closed for the holidays, from December 24 to January 4. This means that it would be helpful to the office if memberships are registered no later than December 23, 2020, if your membership is new or needs to be updated.
