A message from  the Board

I hope this email finds everyone well. As we reflect on the past year and look forward to the new year I wanted to share some of the accomplishments of the Board and to ask for your input as we move forward into the new year.

As I have mentioned in previous updates the Board has been working on a strategic plan for the next five years. After many meetings, drafts, and revisions we are giving members an opportunity to review it and provide comments prior to finalization in February.  If you are interested in reviewing and providing comments please email me at Jessica.pierfelice@otterbein.edu. Please ensure your membership is current and provide any comments by Friday February 1, 2019. If your membership is not current please renew online or by contacting the office.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to invite everyone to our annual meeting Tuesday January 22, 2019 at Whetstone library 6:30 to 8pm. Not only will you receive an update on what is going on with Camp Wyandot, but we have a great slate of Board candidates to join the Board for 2019. All four of these candidates bring a diverse set of skills to the Board and have taken the time over the past couple months to meet with Board members, attend Board meetings, and meet with the Executive Director. We are pleased to present the following nominees.

Nicole Thomas, Marketing and Event Coordinator, Speedy Sneakers Racing

Juan (Mike) Hadra, Small Business Mentor with SCORE, retired from ABB Inc. as Director of Operational Excellence and Safety for North America Automation Division
