An Update from the Board President

Camp Wyandot Members – An update:

Camp Wyandot’s Board continues to meet and work with Metro Parks on a “Reconstitution Plan” to address the tree removal event, rehabilitation of the tree removal areas, and improvements to Camp Wyandot’s decision-making processes for projects impacted by the Conservation Easement.   As part of this effort, Camp Wyandot’s Board has created a Conservation Easement Committee to oversee projects that are impacted by the Conservation Easement and to ensure this situation does not occur again.   Metro Parks has an ad hoc position on this Committee.  We will report out to the Camp Wyandot membership when we have a more finalized Plan with Metro Parks.
