Another Successful Halloween in the Hills!

Camp Wyandot was visited by many different characters on October 20 with the scent of fall, crisp air, and fun times. Gladden House kids set up games in the dining hall and a fun house at the Buck cabin.  Cabins were decorated, games played for prizes such as apple bobbing on a string,  pumpkin & cookie decorating, face painting, crafts, and hikes were just some of the fun activities.  We also made boo grams for Heartland nursing home residents.  

Dinner was served in the dining hall with two big fires going to keep everyone toasty!  The kids dressed up, had their costumes judged, went trick or treating down cabin row, then to the fun house at Buck cabin.  The evening was topped off with s'mores and a fire.

 

We would like to thank the Gladden kids for their great leadership led by Roger and Aubre.   Thanks goes out to Elena Sanders, Hannah Davey and Akeem Adejisi for stepping up and helping with lots of jobs.
