March 30, 2017Items Needed for Online Fundraising Auction
It is common knowledge in fundraising that “the last little bit” is the hardest to raise. The renovation of Egypt bathhouse has been a big project, and one that was much-needed. We’re so grateful to everyone who has helped support it.
In trying to raise “the last little bit,” Camp Wyandot supporters are planning a spring online auction of donated items. Please get in touch with Alice Foeller (alice@alicefoeller.com) if you have something to donate. Since this will be an online auction and we must coordinate pickup or shipping, we are aiming for a few high-value items rather than a lot of small items.
Some ideas are:
A gift certificate of $50 or more to a favorite restaurant, store or local service provider.
A vacation, such as a weekend stay in a rental cabin or a canoe trip.
A basket you assemble with a certain theme, such as crafts, the outdoors, or OSU.
