Reminder: Time for our 2023 Annual Meeting!

Update:  Our 2023 Annual Meeting was held on January 25, 2024 at the Whetstone Library.

We elected two new board members, discussed tree management in camp, and a number of volunteer awards were given to our deserving supporters!

During the meeting we will review and discuss:
● The Director’s Report and the year 2023 – another successful year of creating memories and marking some wonderful accomplishments
● Treasurer’s Report
● Vote for board members and Nominating Committee members
● Recognize and honor our Volunteer Award recipients
● And more!

Per our bylaws, the board is required to notify the members 7 days prior to a meeting with the slate of
candidates to be voted in to join our Board of Directors. The slate and the virtual invite will be sent in
January.

Reminder!
You must be a member in good standing in order to vote. If you were a member in 2023 and haven’t
renewed you must renew before the meeting.  New members may also join.  You must have joined by November 25 to vote this year.  If you are unsure of your membership status, please call the office at 614-481-8227.
