Wyandot Friends
Camp is a great place to be outdoors with all our Wyandot Friends.
In a year like no other, it is important to keep in touch with your friends, and kids needed a camp experience even if it was different than other summers. Only about half of the kids that usually come to camp could come this year. The summer pictures taken each of the seven sessions at Wyandot and Otonwe on Facebook show they had a great experience. We knew it would be difficult but the required low attendance, extra expenses necessary to follow the health department guidelines and other summer challenges has affected our ability to break even.
In 2020 safety is on everyone’s mind. With a dedicated staff and trusting parents we opened our 92nd year of continuous operations. We did it safely AND we made lots of new Wyandot Friends. In the past 3 years campers have made more than 1000 Wyandot Friends that have gone home with them as a memory.
This year you can have your own unique Wyandot Friend; handmade with donated materials and labor. You can also send them to friends as a fun way to stay in touch. Make a donation of any size and complete one of the following order forms.
