2023 Annual Meeting Notice
On January 25, 2024
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

As a voting member of Camp Wyandot we hope you will join us for the 2023 Annual Meeting on
January 25, 2024 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
The meeting will be held at the Whetstone Library, 3909 N. High St. Columbus, Ohio.
During the meeting we will:
● Review 2023 – another successful year of creating memories and marking some wonderful
accomplishments
● Vote for board members and Nominating Committee members
● Participate in the third annual Adult Awards Ceremony
● And more!
Agenda:
– Executive Director’s Report
– Treasurer’s Report
– Vote for Nominating Committee members
– Vote for Board of Directors
– Recognize and honor our Volunteer Award recipients
The slate of Nominated Board Candidates
Per our bylaws, the board is required to notify the members 7 days prior to a meeting with the slate of
candidates to be voted in to join our Board of Directors. The slate and the virtual invite will be sent in
January.
Reminder!
You must be a member in good standing in order to vote. If you were a member in 2023 and haven’t
renewed you must renew before the meeting.  New members may also join.  You must join by November 25 to vote this year.  If you are unsure of your membership status, please call the
