It saddens us to announce the death of one of our great Camp Fire leaders. Mrs. Johnnie Ackerman died June 16, 2013 at the age of 94. She was a beloved Camp Fire leader and will not be forgotten. Camp Fire Girls from her group who attended the funeral were Georgia Adelman, Sue Lavitchka, Linda Wooddell Williams, Karen Roberts Brooks, Pat Currier Howell and her daughter Bobbie Ackerman.
We are in gratitude to all of our former leaders and to those leading our clubs today. You don’t know how much you mean to us and how much we remember you.
