Farewell Jeanene Dixon (Jed)

Jeanene E. Dixon, age 65, passed away at her home on February 16, 2015.  She was preceded in death by her mother Viola Grace Dixon and her father Robert James Dixon. She is survived by her brother James Dixon and Susan Dupler. She retired in 2014 from The Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services where she was a case manager and supervisor.  While with the County, she was especially devoted to her work with the LEAP program.  She was an alumnus of Camp Fire, Inc. and Camp Wyandot overnight camp.  As a dedicated volunteer and camp staff member, “Jed” was committed to the mission and future success of Camp Wyandot.  Friends and loved ones may gather to celebrate her life between 5 and 7:30 PM on March 2, 2015 at Southwick-Good and Fortkamp Funeral Chapel, 3100 N. High St. Columbus, Ohio 43202.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to Camp Wyandot overnight camp at the business office, 1890 Northwest Blvd. Suite 130, Columbus, Ohio 43212.
