Camp Wyandot, Inc., a non-profit youth organization is seeking a program/office Manager. This is a part-time position offering 20-25 hours per week. The office in the Grandview area of Columbus but may require visits to camps and special event sites. Office hours are 9-3 Monday – Thursday and occasional evening and weekend hours. Pay rate for this position is $12-14 per hour based on experience.
This position is responsible for the day to day office management, online services, marketing and for providing support to all programs and special events. This includes the registration systems and data on membership, donors and participates and the management the organization’s Website, Facebook and social media programs.
Candidate must have office and website management experience, good organizational skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Candidate must also have good people skills and be an effective communicator (in person, phone, in writing) and clear a background check. A college degree and experience working in an office environment with some program experience a strong plus.
