2021 Camp Otonwe Registration
Thank you for your interest in Camp Otonwe Day Camp. The following information will provide answers to many of your questions, help you register, and save a space for your camper this summer. Registration is online, click the green registration bar at the bottom after you have read this page. You must complete a form for each child you are registering.
A nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 must be sent with your child’s registration or payment received in full. The deposit is required to secure your child’s spot and in order to process the registration. Before & after care is available for an additional fee of $25.

Balance due and Installments:
The balance for all registrations is due 14-days before the first day of that camp session. During the registration process, an installment date will be displayed. Make a record of this date for your convenience. This is the date on which your balance due will automatically be withdrawn from the same credit card you used to pay your deposit. You will be notified again by email, 15 days before the withdrawal date. The balance may be paid at any time up to the day before the second installment date.
Early Bird Discount. Full payment of the camp fee must be received in our office no later than April 15, 2021.
Sibling discount is $20 for the second and additional sibling(s). The Kid Meets Camp session will have a sibling discount of $15. Discounts are given automatically by our registration software, based on date or name. They cannot be applied after registration is submitted or the deadline is past.
Your $50.00 deposit is non-refundable and is required to hold your spot. The remaining balance will be refunded to those who notify us in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the camp session. No refunds will be made to those who cancel after this date.
If regulations cause us to have to cancel camp, your full fee, including the deposit, will be refunded. The full fee will also be refunded if the camper or a family member is tested positive and being treated for Covid – 19. A dated memo from the doctor is required if the camper is unable to come for medical reasons. We prefer notification of any changes in your situation arrive by email to email@example.com as soon as possible, or at least 7 days prior to the first day of the camp session.
Limited payment assistance/camperships are available for both of our camps. Please contact the office for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org. Completed Campership application deadline is April 15.
After you complete your registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our registration software system. This will verify your registration status, and includes forms you will need to bring at check-in. A few days before your camp session, you will also receive an email from the office that gives information such as What to bring, Lunch and Cookouts, Rainy Days, Covid-19 procedures and etc.
Our normal day has a 9:00 AM arrival, and 4:00 PM departure. However, Extended Care is available, with arrival at 8:30 AM and Departure at 5:00 PM. Our arrival and check in procedures may change, subject to Ohio Covid-19 requirements, but currently include the required forms listed below, a screening process that includes a contactless temperature check, and a few questions to answer. On the Download Forms page, there are linked forms to be used on arrival at camp. Please visit the page and download the forms, fill them out as indicated, and bring them with you. The forms for Otonwe are: Parent Consent Form and Health History Form.
