Help us continue to protect our beautiful areas and reach children with nature.

On Saturday, November 6, at 11:30 a.m., we met via Zoom for our 17th Annual “Luncheon”!  We had 80 guests in attendance.  We want to thank Nancy Stranahan who talked about the recent preservation of the Cline Farm, and Molly Bukky who spoke on behalf of the Cline family.

We held a successful Silent Auction and now that the auction has ended, you can still order a Camp Wyandot 2022 Calendar for $20.00 plus $5.00 for mailing.

We want to thank the Committee members for organizing our event.  Our grateful thanks go to Alice Foeller, Brynn Schaefer, Julia Buttermore, Lisa Graham, Megan Gish, and Nikki Spretnak.

Camp Wyandot has made a difference in my life for almost 58 years. I started out as a camper when I was 12 years old in the Deer Cabin and then Sioux Unit.; where we camped in Tee Pees above the Buck Cabin, at the end of Cabin Row. I was a CIT for 2 summers, a counselor in Kiowa (Tree Houses), and the Camp Nurse for 20 years (mostly as a volunteer). I learned creativity, friendship, teamwork, appreciation of nature, and giving to others at Camp. I uses these principles in my life and in the lives of my children, who were also campers, CITs and counselors. Camp Wyandot is such a special place, and a gift that can be given to others!
