Overnight Camp Program
Camp Wyandot provides a safe and inclusive environment for youth to experience the natural world, be a part of a community, and grow as an individual. All Camp Wyandot Staff are trained to meet each camper where they are in terms of their individual needs, interests, and abilities. The Counselors are supported by a Camper Support Specialist, ensuring that all campers are supported in their growth, learning, and overall camp experience. Each session ends with a closing Council Fire to reflect upon our time together and recognize our achievements in Nature and Outdoor Living Skills.
Traditional Camp
Grades 3 – 11

This 6½-day traditional camp experience captures the essence of childhood magic! Stepping away from technology and into the natural world, campers go on endless adventures with their cabin mates, exploring the beautiful forest, creeks, fields, and wetlands around Camp Wyandot. Campers help create their cabin’s schedule, filling it with activities such as swimming, boating, campfire cooking, archery, games, crafting, and stargazing. We get the whole camp together to share meals in the Dining Hall and enjoy fun evening programs.
Our younger campers are split into age-appropriate groups of 6-8 and live with their Counselor along Cabin Row. Our older campers live with their Counselors on our Advance Hill, where they stay in tebins (tent-cabins). Join us for a week of making friends, connecting with nature, and creating memories that last a lifetime!
Mini Trails

Our 3½-day Mini Trails program is a great opportunity for younger campers who want to “give it a try” or for those who enjoy a shorter camp experience. Campers will have fun making friends while participating in all the traditional camp activities, such as swimming, boating, campfire cooking, archery, games, crafting, and stargazing. Away from technology, this touch of nature is a great introduction to a longer experience! Campers are split into age-appropriate groups of 6 and live with their Counselor along Cabin Row.
Rover Backpacking
Grades 8 – 11

During this weeklong program, teens will gain the skills needed for a two-night backpacking trip. They’ll learn how to prepare a backpack, set up a tent, pack and cook food, and set up camp. Once prepared, we’ll put our skills to the test as we set off on a 3-day, 2-night excursion! We’ll navigate through the forest and spend each night at a new location. The Rovers will be confident and ready to climb any hill, excited to feel the freedom and beauty of nature away from camp. This is truly a memorable experience with friends! When the Rover unit is at camp, they reside on our Advanced Hill where they stay in tebins (tent-cabins).
WoHeLo Keepers

10-Day Adventure

“WoHeLo (Work-Help-Love) Keepers is a 10-day outdoor adventure designed for teens who love being outside, trying new things, and making real connections. Led by senior staff, this immersive experience is all about getting your hands dirty, learning real-world skills, and becoming part of a tight-knit crew. During the session, WoHeLo Keepers will learn and use practical outdoor living skills that build confidence and independence, such as camping out, cooking meals over a fire, and using tools for conservation. Teens will work together on a hands-on conservation project, learning how to care for the land while making a real impact on the environment around them.
This program is more than just activities, it’s about teamwork, leadership, and finding your place in a supportive community. By the end of the session, participants leave with new skills, strong friendships, and memories that last long after camp ends. WoHeLo Keepers live with their Counselors on our Advance Hill, where they stay in tebins (tent-cabins).
Family Camp
$500 per family of 4

Experience the magic of Camp Wyandot together! Family Camp is your chance to unplug, explore, and enjoy all the camp adventures your kids love. From canoeing, swimming, and crafts to campfires and songs. Make memories, laugh loudly, and rediscover the joy of being a kid alongside your own. Spend time with your family, with other families, or with camp groups – the camp experience is yours for the making!
Your family will have a dedicated Wyandot staff member to help plan your time at camp, ensuring you get to do all the activities you want. If hiking interests your family, our staff will guide you to our most scenic areas around Wyandot, Clear Creek Metro Park, and Honeycomb Rocks Preserve.
