Please read the Wyandot Overnight Camp Parent Handbook and forms below. Please download, complete, and bring hard copies of the Wyandot Overnight Camp Health forms (2) and Parental Consent forms with you on the first day of your camp session. with you to the first day of camp. Please do not mail these forms to the office. Campers will not be admitted to camp without completed Health forms (2) and the Parent Consent form. 2026 Camp Wyandot Health Form Part 1 – Must be completed by a legal guardian 2026 Camp Wyandot Health Form Part 2 – Must be completed by a Doctor (not required for Day Camp) 2026 Camp Wyandot Parent Consent Form – Must be completed by a legal guardian (also required for Family Camp) 2026 Camp Wyandot Parent Handbook – Recommended reading for parents/guardians.
