Please read the Wyandot Overnight Camp Parent Handbook and forms below. Please download, complete and bring the Wyandot Overnight Camp Health and Parental Consent forms with you to the first day of camp. Please do not mail these forms to the office. 2024 Overnight Camp Health Form Part 1 – Bring to camp with your child. (Required for your camper to go to summer camp!) 2024 Overnight Camp Health Form Part 2 to be completed by a Doctor – Bring to camp with your child. (Required for your camper to go to summer camp!) Not required for Day Camp. 2024 Parent Consent Form Bring to camp with your child.
