Camp Wyandot Registration

Thank you for your interest in Camp Wyandot’s Overnight Camp.  Registration is open online, click the green registration bar at the bottom after you have read this page.  You must complete a form for each child you are registering, and to get a sibling discount, please register both children in the same cart.

Registration Steps:

Registration is now open.

A nonrefundable deposit of $100 must be sent with your child’s registration or payment received in full.  The deposit is required to secure your child’s spot and in order to process the registration.
If you child has a friend of the same age or one year different, who is attending camp during the same week, you may list the friend’s name on the registration form as a “cabin mate” and we will take reasonable steps to try to place them in the same cabin group, if possible.

Balance due and Installments:

The balance for all registrations is due 14-days before the first day of that camp session.  During the registration process, an installment date will be displayed.  Make a record of this date for your convenience.  This is the date on which your balance due will be automatically withdrawn from the same credit card you used to pay your deposit.  You will be notified again by email, 15 days before the withdrawal date.  The balance may be paid at any time up to the day before the second installment date.  If you wish to use a different card to pay the remaining balance, call registration and make that payment before the installment date.  After your installment date, please check your credit card records, or log into your account, to verify that your installment went through!

Discounts:  

Sibling discount is $15.00 for the second and additional sibling(s).  Discounts are given automatically by our registration software, but you must include both children in the same “cart” when you register, in order to receive this discount.  The discount cannot be applied after registration is submitted or the deadline is past.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Your $100 deposit is non-refundable and is required to hold your spot. The remaining balance will be refunded to those who notify us in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the camp session. No refunds will be made to those who cancel after this date.

If we have to cancel camp for any reason, your full fee, including the deposit, will be refunded.

Cancellation for Medical Reasons:

To receive a full refund for medical reasons, a dated doctor’s recommendation that your child should not attend camp is required.

We prefer notification of changes in your situation to arrive by email to info@campwyandot.org at least 7 days prior to the first day of the camp session, or as soon as possible.

 

Campership Information: 

Limited payment assistance/camperships are available for Camp Wyandot. Please contact the office for more information: info@campwyandot.org.

New Deadline for Camperships!

Camp Wyandot camp registrations have been filling much faster than usual.  We are now asking those who are applying for a campership to submit their application by March 1st.  If accepted, you will be notified and we will inform you of the amount awarded, by March 31.

 

Confirmation: 

After you complete your registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our registration software system.  This will verify your registration status, and includes forms you will need to bring at check-in. A few days before your camp session, you will also receive an email from the office that gives any updated information.

 

Arrival/Departure:

Times for Arrival and Departure are found in each session listed in the chart on the Dates and Rates page.  Our arrival and check in procedures may change due to health department requirements, but currently include the required forms listed on the Download Forms page.  Note: Campers registered for more than one consecutive week must be picked up at the departure time and returned at the arrival time of the following session.

 

Download Forms:

On the Download Forms page, there are linked forms to be used on arrival at camp.  Please visit the page and download the forms, fill them out as indicated, and bring them with you. The forms for Wyandot Overnight Camp are:   Overnight Camp Health Form, part 1 & 2, 2024 Parent Consent Form, 2024 Parent Handbook, and the 2024 Packing List.
